A: Placing an order is easy. Here's the process:
Choose the design---get quotation---details confirmed with sales service---Make payment for deposit---production started---Sample making for confirmation before mass production--- After sample confirmed, mass production starts --- Goods are finished, inform buyer to make balance payment --- Packing---Delivery---After-sale-service.
10) Q: What's your payment term?
A: We are regularly doing a 50% deposit and a 50% balance payment. Based on our cooperation, we can also use other payment methods. If you have any special requests, you can talk with us.
11) Q: If we don't have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?
A: We have a very good relationship with the forwarder company, and we can send you the best shipping price and excellent service.
12) Q: If we want to develop a new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can we proceed?
A: We can make a new mold based on your idea. Generally, if your quantity is enough, we can refund the mold cost to you.
13) Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem. Design, Mould, and Logo can be customized as you require.
14) Q: How do you take care when your clients receive defective products?
A: Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit our customer or replace them in the next shipment.
